The data contained in the CVs and attached documentation that may be received will be included in an automated file whose data controller is Obsequium.

The purpose of including said data is to analyse and process the same in order to determine the suitability thereof for the profile required for each job position and to thereby conduct a selection process for a possible labour contract, as long as the candidate meets the profile required for a certain professional position or if commercial or labour circumstances thus advise it, as well as to provide services related to said purpose for other entities of the group. The data subject therefore gives their express consent for the computerised processing of the data, as well as for the use thereof by said entities for the purposes set forth in this section.

The data subject can exercise, at no charge, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection before the data controller by contacting Obsequium.

The owner of the CVs and the documentation attached with the same gives their express consent so that Obsequium or any of the companies who are a part of its group can consult and incorporate the data pertaining your profile existing on the various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) in which you participate.
